Where is the food prepared?



All our meals are prepared in a dedicated kitchen that meets every standard and regulation. Our kitchen is licensed, insured and inspected by Department of Business & Professional Regulations and the Department of Agriculture.

What ingredients do you use?



We source only top-quality ingredients for our meals, emphasizing whole foods and utilizing organic options whenever they're available.

Are meals fresh or frozen?



Always fresh. As soon as you receive your meals, be sure to put them in the refrigerator right away.

How soon can I get my order?



We deliver your meals three times a week to guarantee they're always fresh! Our delivery days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, between 6:30 AM and 10:00 AM. This schedule ensures you have your meals bright and early, ready for you when you wake up and head off to work!

Order cutoff times:

Monday Delivery: Saturday at 11:59 pm
Wednesday Delivery: Monday at 11:59 pm
Friday Delivery: Wednesday at 11:59 pm

We require a two-day lead time because our chefs prepare all meals fresh to order. We wait until the cutoff has passed to order ingredients, ensuring that our ingredients are fresh and that we maintain the right amount without excess.

Where does FuelBox deliver?



We deliver within the Broward and Palm beach counties, covering locations from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach. If you are located within this area, you can enjoy the convenience of having your meals delivered to your doorstep at no additional cost. For customers outside this area, please reach out to us for information regarding delivery options and associated costs.

How much does delivery cost?



Our delivery fee is included in the price of the meal plans.

How should I heat my meals?



For the best results, we suggest reheating your meals in the microwave to an internal temperature of 165°F to ensure food safety. Remove all items that cannot be heated from the container. We recommend microwaving them for 1-2 minutes. However, remember this is just a suggestion; heating times can vary depending on your microwave.

What is your refund policy?



For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any food items. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us. We're committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your experience with FuelBox is outstanding.

What to do if I have allergies or intolerances to certain foods?



Please list any food allergies or intolerances in the 'Notes' section on the checkout form, and we'll make sure to exclude any ingredients you dislike or are allergic to from your meals.
